Help KLM passengers with all their questions

As a full-time Danish-speaking customer service representative, you’ll support KLM travelers across Europe with their flight bookings, schedule changes, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs. Using your native-level Danish and strong English skills, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is smooth, fast, and stress-free. After your onboarding, you’ll split your week between our modern Amsterdam offices and working from home, giving you flexibility while staying connected with the team. You can start working as a customer service agent on April 13th 2026.
