What are you going to do:
As a full-time Norwegian-speaking customer service representative, you’ll support travelers across Europe with their flight bookings, schedule changes, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs. Using your native-level Norwegian and strong English skills, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is smooth, fast, and stress-free. Your full-time role will involve chat, email, and phone support, managing multiple channels through a user-friendly CRM system, and collaborating with colleagues from around the world. Hybrid working model: After your onboarding, you’ll split your week between our modern Amsterdam offices and working from home, giving you flexibility while staying connected with the team.
