What are you going to do:
In this full-time role as a Swedish-speaking customer service agent you answer questions to customers via the phone, chat or e-mail: Be it about lost baggage, flight rebookings, upgrading the class, changing the seat, insurance questions or cancelling flights. As the face of the largest Dutch airline, you support primarily Swedish-speaking customers and make sure to provide a fast and positive customer interaction. All this in a hybrid model! You already bring along prior experience in customer service and working with CRM systems? Great! You don’t? Then that’s not a problem, as you’ll be prepared with a paid training period in the office in Amsterdam.
You’ll be part of one of the leading Dutch airlines that connects people and makes the world more accessible. As a Swedish-speaking customer service agent, you’ll be part of an international environment and have the possibility to grow and develop your skill set.
During your first 11 days of working, you complete the paid training in the office in Amsterdam and learn everything you need to know to have a successful start. After the training period you work in a hybrid working model. In this fulltime position you work one to two days from your home office and the rest from the office in Amsterdam. On your commute to work you are also supported with a full travel reimbursement.

What we ask
- Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent
- Native speaking-level in Swedish and fluency in English
