As a full-time reservations and customer service representative in Ireland, you assist clients with bookings, payments, and account support.

What you do:
As a reservations and customer service representative, you’ll assist clients across Europe with their bookings, payments, and account questions, whether by phone, email, live chat, or social media. You’ll be the go-to person for customers looking to book, change, or cancel their reservations, and your clear communication and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction goes smoothly. Whether your project is in travel, hotels, or lifestyle services, you’ll become an expert and help make each customer experience seamless. This full-time position in Ireland can be done remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance work with exploring your new surroundings.

What we offer
- Full-time position of 32-40 hours per week.
- Competitive monthly salary of €1,221.
- Live the first 4 weeks in a free accommodation, so that you can find something suitable for yourself.
- Working remotely from your home office is possible, after 90 days of trial period.
- Plane ticket or other travel expense up to 200€ will be reimbursed.
- Administrative assistance concerning banking, taxes & health insurance.

What we ask
- At least 18 years old & finished high school degree
- Valid European ID or passport
- Fluent in English and Dutch or another European language
- Available for at least 12 months
