What are you going to do:

Are you passionate about cars and excellent at turning complex customer issues into smooth solutions? Then this is your chance! This innovative car brand, with its EU hub located in Amsterdam, is looking for you for a Fulltime Technical Service Support role. You are the crucial aftersales hero who makes a difference for garages that are not yet official service partners. You jump in, grab these complex cases, and handle them from start to finish!

Your day is dedicated to communication and proactive problem-solving. You are the first point of contact via email and phone, receiving complicated parts requests from various customers, including 'difficult' garages. You must be an excellent listener to fully grasp the technical query and specifications behind the order. You check the data, accurately input the order into the system, and communicate details regarding transport costs, delivery times, and any potential delays. You clear the path for logistics and ensure the customer is completely satisfied.

Who are you?

You are a customer-centric professional with strong service experience (e.g., from a complex call center environment). You are not afraid of challenging customers, and you remain stress-resistant and calm under pressure. A love for cars and technical affinity is essential, as you must be able to interpret technical data and part numbers. You work structurally and accurately and communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.

Where will you be working?

You will be joining the EU hub of this progressive car brand in Amsterdam. You will step into an international environment strongly focused on collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction. You will receive the necessary support and clear processes from an experienced team to immediately put your solution-oriented approach into practice. Your function as a service expert is crucial for building relationships with new, non-official partners.
