Looking to take your marketing career abroad? As a marketing consultant in Barcelona for a major Google Ads project, you’ll work full-time on building smart advertising strategies, tracking performance, and guiding companies toward better online results, all while living in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most exciting cities.

In this role as a marketing consultant, you’re the expert behind effective Google Ads campaigns. You dive into a client’s goals, look at their current performance, and create a clear strategy that actually moves the needle. In this full-time position, you’ll advise on targeting, budgets, campaign structure, and creative improvements, helping brands get more value out of their marketing spend. This full-time marketing consultant job is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and after your onboarding period there is a possibility to work in a hybrid set-up. So, you’ll work in a mix of office days and working from your home office in Barcelona. You’ll receive paid training so you can start confidently from day one.

As a full-time marketing consultant on the Google Ads team in Barcelona, you’ll earn a monthly gross salary of €2,025, with performance bonuses for strong results. Relocation is made easy: your flight to Barcelona is booked and paid for, you get a free studio apartment for your first four weeks, and an airport pickup when you arrive. The company helps you sort out the practical stuff too: banking, registrations, tax paperwork. So, you can focus on settling in. You’ll have 22 paid vacation days, plus 14 public holidays, private health insurance, and regular team events that help you connect with colleagues quickly.
