Curious to work abroad? Picture this: The sun starts setting over Barcelona and you’ve just wrapped up another busy day working full-time in customer service. Now, you’re meeting friends for tapas, walking along palm-lined boulevards, or catching live music in a lively square. During the day, as a customer service crew member you’re handling questions from customers, resolving their issues and guiding them through problems. You’ll be talking to people via email, phone, and chat, covering everything from orders and accounts to general support. Working full-time in Barcelona means you grow as a professional while becoming part of an international team, all with the Mediterranean sunshine as your backdrop.

In this full-time customer service role in Barcelona, you’ll get a competitive salary in the range of about €1,990–€2,025 per month, giving you a solid base to live comfortably in the city: From grocery shopping and cafés to gym memberships and weekend trips. Relocation support is part of the deal: flight costs and airport transfer can be covered, and you’ll receive guidance to help you settle in. You’ll join a paid training programme so you feel ready from day one, plus ongoing coaching so you keep improving. You also receive paid holidays and Spanish national holidays off, giving you time to explore nearby beaches, day trips to mountains or coastal towns, and even weekend flights to places like Madrid, Lisbon, or Paris.
