As a full-time German-speaking Rituals ambassador, you are the friendly voice and listening ear for Rituals customers. You support them via phone, email, social media, and digital channels, always with personal attention and authenticity.

You don’t rely on rigid scripts. Instead, you truly listen, respond thoughtfully, and inspire customers with the relaxed Rituals feeling. Whether you’re reassuring someone about product ingredients or suggesting a perfect alternative, you always aim to exceed expectations. For you, customer service isn’t just work, it’s your daily ritual.

What will you do?

In this full-time role, you support Rituals customers via phone, email, and social media, always delivering personal, empathetic, and solution-focused service. You answer product-related questions, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate in a creative and customer-oriented way. By going the extra mile, you help create a premium customer experience while working closely with an international team at Cygnific.

In this role, you don’t just answer questions, you create calm, trust, and connection. You help customers experience the Rituals philosophy through every interaction.

You’ll start with a 4-day paid training at the international office in Amsterdam. Full-time availability is required during this period. After onboarding, your colleagues will always be there to support you.
