Full-time Customer Service Agent in Malta: assist international customers, gain experience, and enjoy island life with sun, culture, and adventure.

40 uur per week
€2.166 Per maand

What are you going to do:

Picture this: It’s Friday evening in Malta, you just logged off your full-time customer service shift and the weekend is just beginning. The sun is setting over the Mediterranean as you stroll along the bustling streets of Valletta, stopping for fresh pastries at a local café. Later, you might catch live music at a hidden courtyard, sip cocktails by the marina, or meet friends for a sunset swim at Golden Bay. On other days, you can explore the ancient streets of Mdina, take a ferry to Gozo or Comino, or dive into water sports along the crystal-clear coastline. All while working as a customer service agent, you get the perfect balance of professional growth and a Mediterranean lifestyle that feels like a permanent holiday.

Your day-to-day:

As a Dutch-speaking customer service agent, you handle questions and issues via phone, email, and live chat, helping Dutch customers with orders, accounts, or general support. Every interaction matters, and you’ll make sure each customer feels heard and supported. No rigid scripts. You’ll think on your feet, respond personally, and use your problem-solving skills daily. This full-time role in Malta gives you the chance to develop professionally, improve your communication skills in Dutch and English, and gain valuable experience in an international work environment.

What you get:

In this full‑time customer service agent role in Malta, you’ll earn a gross monthly salary of €2,166.67, with additional night‑shift allowances that boost your income. On your first days in Malta, your flight is booked and fully paid for by the company, and you can stay for free in company accommodation for the first three weeks while you find a permanent place. You’ll receive paid, comprehensive training before you start supporting customers, plus a private health insurance policy for peace of mind. After training, you’ll work in a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. After your probation, you can even spend 1 month per year fully remote. The company also gives you a €375 well‑being and home‑office allowance and hosts regular team events so you quickly feel part of the crew. On top of that, you’ll enjoy paid holidays and national public holidays, letting you explore Malta’s beaches, historic cities like Valletta and Mdina, hidden coves such as the Blue Lagoon on Comino, and nightlife hotspots like Paceville.

Life in Malta

Living in Malta while working full-time means sunny days, historic streets, and a vibrant island lifestyle. Explore the fortified city of Valletta, enjoy cafés and tapas by the harbor, or unwind at Blue Lagoon on Comino. Public transport is affordable, making it easy to visit other towns and even nearby islands like Gozo. Weekend trips abroad are also possible, with budget flights to Italy, Spain, or Germany often available under €100 if booked early. From diving and water sports to exploring ancient temples and hidden coves, life as a customer service agent in Malta offers the perfect balance of work and adventure.
