You spent your day helping customers find perfect flights, issuing tickets, and guiding them through travel options. Now it’s time to enjoy island life in Malta. This full-time role blends customer interaction with sales, ticketing and marketing, because you help shape the way customers experience the brand. You’re the person travellers rely on when making a booking or understanding their travel choices, and you do it with clarity, calm and professionalism. This full-time position in Malta challenges you to use your communication skills, industry awareness and service mindset every single day.

Your Day-to-Day

As an English Airline Sales, Ticketing & Reservations Officer, you’ll:

  • Communicate in English with travellers and partners via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Handle flight bookings, issue tickets, manage changes, and assist with cancellations or travel disruptions.
  • Use industry reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) to find schedules, compare fares, and optimise travel plans.
  • Support marketing efforts by suggesting relevant offers, upgrades, or travel enhancements that boost customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Solve problems creatively, honour fare rules, and ensure travellers leave every interaction with confidence and clarity.

On arrival, your flight to Malta will be covered, and you’ll stay 3 weeks in free company accommodation while you get settled.
