What will you do?

In the role of Client Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for clients from France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You respond to their questions clearly and efficiently via phone, email, and chat, guiding them toward the best possible solutions. As you grow into the role, you build strong knowledge of financial products and investment platforms, while ensuring that every client receives professional, personal, and high-quality service in line with internal procedures and financial regulations.

You will become part of an energetic and service-driven team that is fully committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. Who are you?

You are enthusiastic about finance and investing and motivated to continuously learn and develop yourself. You hold an HBO (higher professional education) degree and are available for at least 32 hours per week. With your strong communication skills, you are able to assist clients clearly and empathetically in English and you are fluent in French. You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and take pride in helping every client with care and professionalism.
