About the role

In this full-time Marketing and Sales position in Madrid, you support Dutch and international clients by advising them on digital marketing solutions and sales strategies. You work closely with businesses, understand their goals, and help them grow through online advertising and customer acquisition. As a Dutch-speaking professional, you communicate daily with Dutch clients while collaborating with an international team in English. This Marketing and Sales role is hybrid, meaning you’ll work from the office and partially from home after onboarding. To truly settle into Madrid and the job, availability of at least one year is expected.

Training & onboarding

You have prior experience in Marketing and Sales? Amazing! To get you started, you’ll also receive paid training lasting 2 to 4 weeks, held Monday to Friday during office hours, where you’ll learn everything about the company, tools, and how Marketing and Sales projects work. This ensures you start your full-time role in Madrid with confidence.

Relocation & housing

Relocating to Madrid is made easier with structured support. For your first 4 weeks, free accommodation is provided so you can focus on onboarding and settling in. After that, you’ll receive guidance and support in finding your own apartment in Madrid. While exact conditions may vary, relocation assistance typically includes help with local registration, paperwork, and practical steps for starting your full-time working life in Spain. This hybrid setup allows you to gradually build your routine in the city.
