Intership - Recruitment marketeer (English speaker)

What are you going to do:

Jobster is not just another ad platform. We are the first predictive job advertising platform, building the next generation of recruitment marketing technology. Our programmatic solution helps top companies connect with their next hires faster and more efficiently than ever before.We are looking for an intern at our marketing team to join our growing international team. You will be working for Jobster, but also for our own job boards which are part of Jobster.

Your mission:

As our  recruitment marketer , you'll dive deep into our customer's recruitment marketing challenges, focusing on email marketing. You want to learn as much as possible during your internship! Having a lot of responsibility motivates you to work even harder! You feel completely at home in an international team and enjoy contributing to a positive atmosphere. What you'll be doing:

  • Attracting candidates:  Build and manage data-driven email recruitment campaigns to attract new candidates to register or apply. 

  • Optimize for performance:  Being the support to our online marketing team in continuously monitor & optimizing campaign data. 

  • Become a data whisperer:  Analyze and process data via Google Analytics and Lookerstudio dashboards. 

  • Collaborate for success:  Work closely with our commercial teams to align our campaign strategies with client goals and expectations.

What we ask

  • At least finished high school
  • Student HBO/WO intire : Prefer International Business/Marketing/Communication.
  • Analytical mindset: You are having a analytical mindset and are comfortable with performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR).
  • Communication skills: You are fluent in English. Fluency in another language, particularly Dutch or German, is a strong plus. 
  • Availability: Internship for at least 5 months, starting per February 2026. 
  • Student HBO/WO intire : Prefer International Business/Marketing/Communication.
