Tasks?
- Directly managing and coaching the warehouse team
- Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to HSE guidelines
- Managing stock optimization and conducting accurate stock counts
- Optimizing warehouse layouts and IT infrastructure
- Reporting on operational costs and driving efficiency improvements
Who are you?
You are a decisive professional with natural authority and a passion for logistical processes. With your analytical mindset, you quickly identify where costs can be saved without compromising quality. You communicate fluently in English and are accustomed to collaborating at various levels within an organization. You have a proactive attitude and enjoy taking the initiative to elevate operations to a higher level of performance.

What we ask
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams
- Possession of a valid forklift certification
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- A valid Dutch driver's license
- Experience with WMS systems and MS Office
