Your tasks?
- Preparing tools and cooking dishes live on a hot iron griddle
- Adapting cooking techniques to specific guest preferences and dietary needs
- Assisting with the receiving and storage of high-quality deliveries
- Identifying bottlenecks in the kitchen process to improve the team's workflow
- Ensuring a sparkling clean workspace and equipment for the entire team
