About the role
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative at Saxo Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian clients. You will support them with questions related to trading platforms, accounts, and financial products, while ensuring a high-quality and professional customer experience.

Your responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions related to accounts, platforms, and trading products
- Guide clients through onboarding and daily usage of Saxo’s services
- Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
