You will be a part of a team of 130.000 customer service employees from all over the world, who represent some of the world’s largest corporations. Our client is a leader in telecom, electronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. One of their clients is world's largest sport brand, which is in search of a native German speaking customer support professional.
As a customer service employee you are expected to be service oriented, friendly and able to find timely and accurate solutions. It is an inbound customer service duty where you should be able to answer questions about sportswear and products, as well as handle problems and complaints. During the phone conversation you must be able to collect the right information to accurately help the customer. You will participate in team meetings and additional training. You share your achievements with your colleagues to stimulate and encourage everyone.
We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week starting the 23rd of October. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. We are looking for various availability, including weekends and holidays.
