In this role, you become the voice of KLM for the German-speaking professional travel market.
You are not just answering phones; you are acting as a strategic partner for travel agents and corporate managers. Your day-to-day involves navigating the complex world of aviation, form managing high-volume group bookings and corporate contracts to troubleshooting technical techniques. You turn the complicated travel logistics into smooth solutions, and master the details of tariffs and specialized booking systems.

Practical information
You will start with eight weeks of training from the 7th of april. This training will be 40-hours a week from monday to friday from 09.00 - 17.30 at the office in Amsterdam-West. After the training you can choose between working 32, 36, or 40 hours a week, also you can work from home as long as you are present at the office three days a week.

Wat wij vragen
- A minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma (or equivalent);
- Fluent in both German and Dutch;
- Customer-focused and service-oriented;
- A solution-oriented mindset;
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus;
- A positive and proactive attitude.
