As a German Call Center Agent, you will spend your day switching between phone, email, and live chat. You’ll need to be a quick thinker: one moment you’re explaining the ingredients of a shower gel, the next you’re troubleshooting a delayed delivery. You’ll be navigating a fast-paced environment where your ability to remain calm and empathetic is your greatest asset.

You will work in a high-energy hub in Amsterdam-West, in a dynamic team.

It’s a social, international atmosphere where "team spirit" isn't just a buzzword—it’s how we survive the busy shifts. We need someone who can write creatively in German, think on their feet in English, and bring a positive vibe to the breakroom.

You understand that frustrated customers are looking for someone who listens. You find satisfaction in turning complaints into compliments and can pivot from technical problems to creative product recommendations. You love wellness and luxury, and are also a pragmatic worker who enjoys the hustle of a busy office.

Good to know:

The role kicks off on may 1st, 2026 with a mandatory 4-day intensive training. We need long-term commitment and the flexibility to cover shifts across a 7-day schedule (including evenings and weekends)

• Monthly salary of €2,754.21 gross (based on a 40-hour week);
• 25 vacation days plus extra pay for irregular hours (weekends/evenings);
