What are you going to do:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with fluent German skills to join the customer support team of a bank based in Amsterdam. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring that German-speaking clients receive timely, accurate, and respectful support across various communication channels.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and requests via phone and email. You will guide customers through a range of banking processes, provide clear and professional explanations, and ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Building trust and maintaining a positive customer experience will be central to your role.
In addition to direct customer interaction, you will also manage a variety of administrative tasks. This includes processing customer information, updating records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations. A high level of accuracy and discretion is essential, particularly when working with sensitive and confidential customer data.
During your first weeks, you will participate in a structured onboarding and training program led by experienced colleagues. This will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to perform your role effectively. You will receive continuous support and feedback as you develop your skills.
After successfully completing the training period, you will transition to a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between working from home and the Amsterdam office. This offers flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with your team.

What we ask
- Minimum MBO level 4 (secondary vocational education) or equivalent
- Fluent in German and Dutch
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
