Your tasks?

  • Answering questions from Swedish customers via phone, email, or chat;
  • Solving technical problems and administrative issues;
  • Keeping the customer database up to date;
  • Providing high-quality service for brands like Spotify or Microsoft;
  • Thinking along about improvements for the customer experience;
  • Participating in training sessions to sharpen your skills.

You as a person?

You are a positive person who loves to help others. You speak and write Swedish fluently and you have a good command of English. Moving to another country sounds like an adventure you are ready for. You are reliable, proactive, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Since you will be the face of the brand, you stay professional and friendly at all times.
