What are you going to do:

Are you an experienced leader who excels in both operational and strategic management? An exciting opportunity has become available for a fulltime Production Team leader within the Assembly Department in Eindhoven. You will join an innovative company specializing in the design and manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for a wide range of industries, including industrial automation, healthcare, and energy. In this inspiring international environment, you will play a key role in shaping the technology of tomorrow. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of both cabinets and manual assemblies. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the department, leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve the highest standards of performance. In addition to supervising production activities on the shop floor, you will focus on employee development and workforce capacity planning. You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure smooth production processes and efficient collaboration across the organization.

Beyond managing daily operations, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency, quality, and performance. Your leadership is essential in ensuring that the right people are in the right roles, production standards are maintained, and the organization continues to deliver the innovative technology of the future.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You will work a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
