Your role as Team Leader of Electromechanical Department

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management and coaching of employees within the electromechanical department. Your main focus is on people-oriented leadership: creating trust, supporting personal development, and helping employees achieve their full potential.

You ensure that your team works in a safe, efficient, and productive way while maintaining high-quality standards. You monitor daily performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to optimizing processes within the department.

Technical knowledge of electromechanical processes is a strong advantage, but the most important part of this role is your ability to motivate, coach, and develop people. You know how to create a positive team atmosphere and ensure employees feel supported and valued.

Working Hours
