Wireless via Bluetooth

Press the on/off switch (1). When you hear ‘Work’, it means that the speaker is turned on. After that, another sound will indicate that the speaker is ready to connect. Make sure that the Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is on and connect it with 'YC Beats'. A sound will indicate that the two devices are linked.

Via cable

Press the on/off switch (1). When you hear ‘Work’, it means that the speaker is turned on. Put the audio cable into the audio input (2).

Volume & Switch

Turn the volume up or down by shortly pressing the volume controls (4 + 5). When you press these controls a little longer, you can switch back to the previous song or go to the next one.

Spend hours listening to good music with one charge

Want to spend hours listening to your favourite music without recharging your speaker? No problem, ’cause - depending on the volume - a fully charged battery will last for 10 hours.

Charging the speaker

Low battery

When the speaker’s battery is low, the status LED light will blink and an alert will sound once every 30 seconds. The speaker will automatically turn off 5 to 10 minutes after the first alert

Always charge your speaker via the supplied USB charging cable. This may take up to 2 or 3 hours. The status LED light will turn on once the speaker is fully charged. If you charge your speaker while playing music, the bluetooth signal may be temporarily interrupted. Turn the device off and on to resume playback.

Battery information

The speaker is powered by a rechargeable battery. For maximum battery performance, always use the supplied USB charging cable and promptly disconnect the device when the battery is full.

IPX4-Water resistance

The speaker has an IPX4 water resistance level. This means that it is ‘splash-proof’ and can withstand lots of spatter and drops of water. Pretty handy if you want to listen to music at the pool or the beach. Just make sure you don’t drop it into the water.
