As a Senior Customer Service Representative in Heerlen you'll take charge of your French team. You feel responsible and accountable for all of your actions. You treat customers, suppliers, collegues and the environment with respect. You will effectively coordinate and support all aspects of a good customer service in line with the company's sales strategy. Povides excellent Customer Service aiminig at expecting their customer's expectations. 

  • Manage the complete sales order progress from receipt of the order through to despatch
  • Trouble shooting: Process returns (RMA) and credit notes in line with DOA. Infom customers about product shortages and delays
  • Administrate and report
  • Continues improvement
  • Inspire leadership

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal mbo4-werk- en -denkniveau;
  • Experience of Customer Service and Sales Order Management;
  • Experience in working with an ERP system (SAP);
  • Control the French language in combination with English or Dutch.
