As Senior IT Product Owner for the B2B / Enterprise domain, you'll take the lead in shaping the roadmap and delivery of Salesforce-driven journeys and tooling that serve our largest business clients.

You'll manage a cross-functional team, work with stakeholders across business and IT, and align technical feasibility with commercial goals. You turn complexity into clarity, set priorities that deliver real value, and empower your team to move forward with purpose.

Your impact will be felt across the Enterprise landscape - from self-service flows to digital touchpoints - while contributing to one of Odido's most important IT transformations.

Your key responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise-facing digital journeys

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to align on priorities and outcomes

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable sprint items and lead execution from concept to delivery

  • Guide your team with clarity and consistency through planning, refinement and delivery cycles

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insight and influence

  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction through data-driven decision-making (C-NPS & P-NPS)

  • Balance value, feasibility and cost to make the smartest long-term decisions for the business

You bring this

Some things you cannot learn at university, but you possess them by nature. Your core personality is empathic, decisive, humorous, people-focused, authentic, and honest. You know the difference between managing and coaching, and understand when to apply which. You embrace challenges and are eager to grow. These are traits we are looking for not only in managerial positions, but in every member on every level of Odido!

Must-have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT product ownership, product management or business analysis

  • Strong track record in digital transformation or enterprise journey optimization

  • Ability to define and execute product roadmaps with measurable business outcomes

  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile setting

  • Clear communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders

  • Confident decision-maker, comfortable with prioritizing and pushing back when needed

  • Experience working in a B2B or enterprise-scale IT environment

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Service, Marketing Cloud)

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Miro, or modern frontend technologies (e.g. React)

  • Background in the telecom or tech industry

  • Dutch language skills (not required, but helpful)

  • Exposure to partner or supplier-driven delivery environments
