Fulltime Lead Mechanic for scale-up in Delft
You make sure your team of mechanics delivers top-quality bikes, every single day.
What are you going to do:
As fulltime Lead Mechanic in our Delft workshop, you are the key player on the technical team. You'll coordinate the daily operations, from quality checks to inventory management, making sure your team of mechanics knows exactly what needs to be done. You'll organize team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and be involved in recruiting and onboarding new colleagues. Your goal? To run a smooth operation and get top-quality bikes out on the road.
Who you are
You're a natural leader with a passion for bike mechanics. Whether you have a certificate or your experience speaks for itself, you know how to motivate and coach a team. You excel at keeping an overview, have a sharp eye for detail, and create a safe and positive atmosphere on the work floor. As you'll be working in an international environment, speaking English fluently is a must.

You'll be working at one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in sustainable mobility. You probably know us from the bikes with the iconic, colored front tire you see all over the city. Our mission is simple: making cities more livable by promoting the principle 'use more, own less'. What we offer:
- A salary between €2.893,- and €3.000,- gross per month, excluding holiday allowance.
- No less than 37 vacation days to fully recharge your batteries.

What we ask:
- You have an MBO degree.
- You have demonstrable experience in managing and coaching a team.
- You have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
