Work from Home Polish Customer Service Agent

What are you going to do:

Start on a new job-adventure as a Polish-speaking customer service agent for a prominent beauty brand, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing a variety of inquiries via email, phone, and web forms. Whether it's helping customers choose the perfect scent from our product lines or guiding them in creating their own personalized shampoo, you'll be there to assist them with a friendly, personalized approach.

In this role in costumer service, you'll play a key part in ensuring that customers feel relaxed and well-supported. With a caring attitude, you'll handle each question in the Polish language thoughtfully, making sure that every customer leaves the interaction feeling satisfied. To help you succeed, you’ll start with a comprehensive 3-day training program, equipping you with the knowledge you need.

Your availability is essential, as this position requires flexibility from Monday to Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. A new schedule is created every four weeks, offering you the chance to work various shifts based on your preferences. While you can choose your ideal time slots, occasional weekend and evening shifts will be expected.

We offer a variety of shifts to fit different schedules:

Day shift: 08:45-18:00

Late shift: 11:00-21:00

Weekend shift: 10:00-18:30

Shift lengths are also flexible, with options for 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours, allowing you to find the right balance.

One of the major perks of this customer service agent-role is that it's fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from any location within the Netherlands.

Training is set to take place between mid-October and mid-November, and this temporary position will cover the busiest three months of the year.
