As a native-level Norwegian-speaking customer service agent, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. You provide information about products and services and support customers with their shopping needs. But this isn’t just about assistance – it’s an opportunity to inspire customers and introduce them to the enchanting world of Rituals.

This fully remote role allows you to work from your own home office anywhere in the Netherlands.

Who you are:

You are passionate about beauty and cosmetics and have strong communication skills. With empathy, you deliver outstanding support to our customers. That’s why being a native-level Norwegian speaker, as well as fluent in English, is essential. Are you ready to commit to at least 24 hours per week? Then this role is perfect for you!
