About the role

Do you enjoy helping others and have a passion for beauty and well-being? At Rituals, we are looking for a customer support specialist who speaks Swedish at native level and is also fluent in English. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in making their experience with Rituals unforgettable.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and social media
• Offer product advice and guide customers through their shopping journey
• Solve issues with empathy and professionalism
• Inspire customers by sharing the story and philosophy behind Rituals

Who you are:

You are passionate about beauty and cosmetics and have strong communication skills. With empathy, you deliver outstanding support to our customers. That’s why being a native-level Swedish speaker, as well as fluent in English, is essential. Are you ready to commit to at least 24 hours per week? Then this role is perfect for you!

This role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the Netherlands.
