What are you going to do:

Are you ready to be the friendly first point of contact for customers? In this role, you’ll provide support to clients by handling a variety of inquiries through email, phone, and web forms. From helping customers choose the perfect fragrance to guiding them in creating a personalized shampoo, you’ll offer a warm and tailored service that makes every interaction special.

What you’ll do

• Manage customer questions in Polish with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with product selection and personalized recommendations
• Ensure every customer feels supported and leaves the interaction satisfied

What we offer

To set you up for success, you’ll begin with a comprehensive 3-day training program, giving you all the product knowledge and tools you need. This is a fully remote position, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Netherlands.

You’ll also enjoy flexible scheduling:

• Day shift: 08:45 – 18:00
• Late shift: 11:00 – 21:00
• Weekend shift: 10:00 – 18:30

Shifts can be 4, 6, or 8 hours, allowing you to find the work-life balance that suits you best. A new schedule is created every four weeks, with options to indicate your preferences. Please note that some evening and weekend availability will be expected.

Training is set to take place between mid-October and mid-November, and this temporary position will cover the busiest three months of the year.
