At YoungCapital we are now hiring a new full time country manager for Sweden for an exciting and innovative company in Amsterdam within the sustainability sector. This rapidly growing company is now looking for a new Swedish country manager. This Dutch consultancy is dedicated to helping people design and build sustainable homes. Their goal is to make sustainability easier for everyone to embrace, and they need your help to achieve it. If you are a Swedish native living close to Amsterdam, and you want a position where you can build your skills while getting in touch with your Swedish roots, this is perfect for you. What will you do?

As the Swedish full time country manager in Amsterdam you will manage the Swedish team, and help expand the business in the Scandinavian market. You will set the KPI’s for the team, source out new business opportunities and help to make sure that the daily operations run smoothly. You will function as an integral part of the teams sucess, leading the team towards reaching their targets.


Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has some experience in sales, so you can help grow the business while you manage the team. Since this is a company that is constantly growing, your influence will be visible and an important factor in the overall success of the company. You are a natural leader who can easily inspire those around you, and you know how to set goals for your team and make sure they reach them.

What we ask

  • 3+ years in account management/sales
  • Native Swedish speaker as well as fluency in English
  • Previous manager experience
  • HBO level degree
