YoungCapital is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for Accenture in Amsterdam. In this full-time role, you will be part of a global company that values innovation and great customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Accenture’s clients and partners. You will handle incoming requests, solve issues efficiently, and make sure every customer walks away feeling heard and supported. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep communication clear and processes running smoothly, while always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
Your days will be varied, from answering client questions and tracking progress to reviewing data and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work as the link between the customer and the company, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a positive and professional experience.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and know how to turn a challenge into a solution.
