This full-time role is all about developing smart advertising strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and helping businesses maximize their online impact - all while working in a hybrid system. Either from your office in Barcelona or from your terrace and home office. 

As a marketing consultant in Barcelona, you're the strategist behind successful Google Ads campaigns. In this full-time position, you work with businesses to understand their goals, analyze their current marketing performance, and develop data-driven strategies that deliver real results. You're consulting on everything from campaign structure to audience targeting to budget optimization - basically helping companies get the most out of their advertising spend. This marketing consultant position is full-time at 36-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid work after onboarding - some days in the Barcelona office, some from home office.

Your gross monthly salary as a marketing consultant is €2,025, with performance bonuses on top. We take care of your entire relocation by booking and paying for your flight to Barcelona, providing free accommodation in a studio apartment for the first 4 weeks while you find your own place, and arranging airport pickup when you land. We help you navigate all the administrative questions: Opening a bank account, registering with authorities, sorting out taxes. You'll receive 22 paid vacation days per year plus 14 Spanish public holidays, giving you plenty of time to travel through Spain.
