Work as a full-time Nordic-speaking marketing consultant in Barcelona

Ever imagined yourself sipping coffee on your sunny terrace in Barcelona before starting work? That’s not just a daydream – that’s what awaits you as a Nordic-speaking full-time marketing consultant in a hybrid setup, either from your home office or the office in Barcelona. We are looking for Norwegian, Finnish and Swedish native speakers. 

Your Role as a Marketing Consultant

As a full-time marketing consultant, you are responsible for welcoming new clients and helping them launch their marketing campaigns and answer their questions. You’ll guide them step by step, make sure everything is set up correctly, and help businesses grow online. You’ll work in English with a large international team, but Nordic-speaking skills are a main requirement in order to support clients from that region.

This is a 39-hour per week full-time position (Monday to Friday), leaving your weekends free to explore Barcelona and beyond. You’ll start with a paid onboarding period to get familiar with the tools and processes. After that, you’ll join our hybrid work model: some days at home, some days in the office or your apartment in Barcelona.

Salary & Relocation Support

Your gross monthly salary based on your full-time position is €2,025, plus performance bonuses when you hit your targets when supporting the Nordic speaking-market. To make your relocation easy, we cover your flight ticket and will pick you up at the airport. For the first 4 weeks, you’ll stay in a fully furnished apartment while you find a place of your own in Barcelona. We also help with practical matters like opening a bank account, registering locally, taxes, and private health insurance. With 22 vacation days and 14 national holidays, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy Spanish culture and recharge.

The beach is just around the corner: surf lessons, beach volleyball, or soaking up the Mediterranean sun will become part of your routine. After a swim, enjoy tapas, bocadillos, fresh seafood, and local markets. Eating out and going out is more affordable than in many central European countries. Love traveling? Cheap flights make it easy to reach Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon, Paris, or Italy. Enjoy Barcelona from the office or your home terrace – the hybrid model makes it all possible, especially if you speak Nordic languages and want to connect with clients from the region.
