Polish Customer Service Specialist – Bank in Amsterdam

Wat ga je doen?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients from Poland and the Netherlands, responding to their questions quickly and clearly via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with colleagues to provide the best solutions and gain in-depth knowledge of financial products and investment platforms. Your goal is to ensure clients are assisted professionally and personally while always following internal procedures and financial regulations.

Who You Are:

You have a strong interest in financial markets and enjoy helping clients. You are eager to learn, hold at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree, and are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week. With your excellent communication skills, you can clearly and kindly assist clients in both Dutch and English.
