The Sports Trading team of the Nederlandse Loterij is very successful & we are currently seeking an experienced Sports Trader to add to our team in the Netherlands. Together with 12 traders in this team you will be responsible for trading a number of sports, both Prematch & InPlay. Football will be the most important sport, but we are involved in a growing list of other sports as well. As a Sports Trader you will be compiling odds, managing liabilities and trading matches in play. Responsibilities:
- Monitoring prices and controlling liabilities - PreMatch & Inplay
- Effectively profiling the customer base
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on performance
- Responsible for pricing a range of markets
- Audit automated price feeds to protect margin
- Anti-fraud implementation
- Compile quarterly reports as a sports owner including competitor analysis

Football will be the most important sport, but we are involved in a growing list of other sports as well.

- Ideally a minimum 3 years' experience of Trading.
- Odds Compilation of pre match events and specials.
- Major interest in sports.
- Experience of data feeds & 3rd party providers.
- Experience with models for automated sports applications would be an advantage.
- Flexible attitude towards working shifts as weekend work and evenings will be required.
- Due to the nature of trading, working from our office is a prerequisite.
Furthermore, for this vacancy, you have attention to detail and flexibility and initiative are imperative. You are a team player and able to work well with others as good teamwork is critical.
As a Sports Trader we offer you:
- A full-time position for 40 hours per week. You start with an annual contract tract and have the prospect of a permanent position.
- A gross salary, depending on experience, between €4.000,- and €5.000,-/
- Flexible attitude towards working shifts as weekend work will be required.
- you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our corporate restaurant for €3,25,-.
