The Digital Portfolio Analyst delivers data views of our IT global Project and resource Portfolio and Information to executive team, for use in decision-making within our IT investments management. The portfolio analyst is responsible for analyzing projects, workload, and resource data and developing reports on these assets, working in close collaboration with a variety of IT and business units. Some of the portfolio analysts' responsibilities include:
Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Portfolio Management methodologies and processes.
Developing dashboards, graphics, and reports for executive management and others, whilst driving the improvement projects to be implemented.
In addition, you will support the development of the portfolio strategy, the portfolio risks, and the predictions of it as well as supporting the project management methodologies and effective embedding of it.
Communicate with all key stakeholders involved in the Portfolio management processes, will be crucial.
Overall, this diverse position provides a great opportunity to work in a global organization and to have an impact on various IT projects. You will report to Digital Portfolio Manager.

You are good at managing multiple projects with competing priorities and various stakeholders of various seniorities. This includes handling deadlines and budget restraints in an organized way. You can work independently, are organized in your work, and able to provide practical solutions.
What you bring
Necessary Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor's degree / level, preferable in IT and/or Business Applications.
• +8 Years working experience as senior project manager in an (international) IT organization.
• Proven Portfolio Management development in large complex enterprises.
• Certified via IPMA, PMP, Prince2 or similar, Recent experience with Scrum and/or Agile is preferred.
• Experience writing procedures and documenting processes.
• Ability to work independently and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a changing environment, evaluate priorities, and modify work plans as necessary.
• Experience in presenting to small and medium size groups and communicating and educating staff on new concepts and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, and oral and written communication skills, specifically in change management.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Open to travel for up to 15%.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills
• Experience in development and selection process of business applications and their implementations.
• Experience in IT integrations of new mergers/acquisitions in an existing IT landscape or dismantlement's of organizational entities out of the IT landscape.
• Knowledge of and experience in project management principles and processes including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (or Prince), preferable PMP certified.
• Experience using project management and project scheduling software.
• Experience creating reports, charts, and graphs for executive management.
