Fulltime Lead Mechanic in Den Hoorn in Rijswijk

What are you going to do:

As a full-time Lead Mechanic in our Den Hoorn workshop, you are the driving force of the technical team. You’ll keep the day-to-day operations on track by making sure every mechanic knows exactly what needs to be done, and when. Whether it’s checking quality, keeping schedules tight, or stepping in to help with repairs, you’re always on top of it. You’ll stay in close contact with the district manager and other lead mechanics to make sure your team hits its targets and keeps those iconic blue-tire bikes rolling smoothly through the city.

Who you are:

You’re a natural leader with a passion for everything on two wheels. You are a confident and reliable person who enjoys taking responsibility. You have an interest in bikes and the technical side of things. Guiding and supporting a team comes naturally to you, and you’re not afraid to step in yourself when extra hands are needed. You work in an organized way, pay attention to detail, and ensure that standards are consistently met. You communicate fluently in English, are comfortable in an international environment, and are eager to further develop your skills and knowledge.
