Do you want to boost your bank account while living under the Greek sun? We are looking for Portuguese speakers to join an international team in Athens. In this role, you don't just get a monthly salary; you receive fourteen payments per year! On top of that, you can earn monthly performance bonuses between 10% and 20%.

You will work in a professional environment where your native language is your greatest asset. We take care of your flight and your first two weeks of accommodation, so you can start your new adventure without any stress.

What will your tasks be?

• Handling technical issues and customer questions via phone and email
• Providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions
• Communicating with international colleagues in English
• Working efficiently to meet daily service targets
• Participating in paid training sessions to sharpen your skills

Who are you?

You are a communicative professional who loves solving problems. You speak and write Portuguese fluently and have a very good command of English. You are flexible enough to work in shifts and possess solid technical skills. Moving to Athens for at least twelve months sounds like the perfect career move to you.

Wat wij bieden

• A monthly base salary between € 1.045,- and € 1.100,-
• Fourteen salaries per year and monthly bonuses up to 20%
• A 75% salary extra for working on Sundays or public holidays
