Ready to trade your office view for a Greek sunset? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Greece to support some of the world’s biggest names, like PayPal, Audi, and Netflix. You will work for an international leader in customer experience, where innovation and teamwork are key. Whether you are living in Athens or on a quiet island, you bring the best service to every customer. Since you work with international colleagues, you will use both Italian and English to get the job done.

What will your tasks be?

  • Answering questions from customers via phone, email, and chat;
  • Guiding customers through processes like returns or technical issues;
  • Documenting customer interactions in the system;
  • Collaborating with international colleagues to find solutions;
  • Maintaining a high level of service for premium brands;
  • Participating in ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.

Who are you?

You are a helpful person with a positive mindset who loves to solve problems. You speak and write Italian fluently and have a good command of English. Since you work from home, you are disciplined and have a stable internet connection. You are at least eighteen years old and ready to commit to this Greek adventure for at least twelve months.

Wat wij bieden

  • A gross monthly salary between € 1.045,- and € 1.100,-
  • Fourteen salaries per year (two extra bonus months);
  • A performance bonus between € 100,- and € 200,- per month;
  • A 75% salary extra if you work on Sundays or Greek holidays;
  • Full relocation package including flight, pickup, and accommodation;
  • Help with local administration, taxes, and private health insurance;
  • Paid training and professional coaching from day one;
  • All the equipment you need, like a computer, sent to your home.

Wat wij vragen

  • You are fluent in Italian (spoken and written);
  • You have good English skills (B2 level);
  • You are available for at least twelve months;
  • You have a fast and stable internet connection at home;
  • You live in Greece or are willing to relocate .
