What will you do?

You’ll coordinate a small team of mechanics, ensuring work is organized and deadlines are met. When needed, you’ll jump in to help with repairs and assembly. You’ll maintain quality standards, track performance metrics, and communicate regularly with management to keep operations smooth.

Who are you?

You enjoy hands-on work with bikes or e-bikes and have experience leading a team, whether as a shift supervisor or team lead. You’re motivated, communicative, and thrive in an international and informal setting. Minimum MBO level 3, fluent English, and basic Dutch skills are preferred.

Where will you work?

Your base will be a warehouse in Rotterdam where the team prepares bikes for subscribers. The environment is collaborative and practical, with plenty of opportunities to take initiative and grow your career while supporting sustainable urban mobility.
