Are you looking for a dynamic leadership role where you can make an immediate impact and grow quickly? As a Full-time Shift Lead Operations at Budbee in Vianen, you are the driving force behind the hub's daily operations. You will split your time equally between the office and the warehouse floor, acting as the Site Manager's right-hand person.

The terminal operates 24/7, with most of the workload taking place during the night. During the day, you will focus on maintaining quality, resolving operational challenges and supporting the Site Manager. As the company continues to grow rapidly, you will receive intensive coaching and have a realistic opportunity to progress into a Site Manager role within 2 to 3 years!

Your key responsibilities:

• Coaching and guiding 3 junior team managers and coordinators in their daily tasks and answering HR-related questions.
• Monitoring the flow of goods at the terminal and implementing smart process improvements.
• Acting as the Site Manager's go-to person, providing support and taking the lead in their absence.

Your working hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week).
• Approximately once a week, from 12:00 to 21:00 (for example, when introducing a new operational process).
• Night shifts are generally not part of your schedule, except when providing on-call support in case of urgent situations.
