We all know the examples of highly successful entrepreneurs – but have you

heard of intrapreneurs? The entrepreneurial mavericks driving growth and

leading new businesses inside large corporations? For a rapidly growing number

of organizations in a world of ever-increasing speed of change, implementing

intrapreneurship proves to be a viable strategy for faster and better innovation.

Our client Intrapreneurship Co. hosts the premier global platform for intrapreneurship,

facilitating knowledge sharing and learning, and offering corporate innovators

their tribe of like-minded people, online and offline.

They organize events (their flagship event, the Intrapreneurship Conference twice a

year, and monthly 1-day events in Europe, the US and later Asia), host an online

community and publish digital content – all to shape and grow the

intrapreneurship movement.

To support their plans for glocal expansion, they are looking for a Digital Marketing

Talent to join the team, help further strengthen Intrapreneurship.co as an

influencer/leader in the field, work on the promotion of our conferences, events,

community and content.

Who are we looking for?

We’re eager to meet an entrepreneurial digital rockstar who will help this company lead the

way in this booming field- yet also enjoys doing the small tasks that need to be

done in order to translate their shared big dreams into reality, step by step.
The profile we are looking for:

- Experience with- and passion for digital marketing and media is required;

- Your creative writing skills are excellent and you know how to use them;
- As a person you are motivated, creative and willing to go the extra mile;
- 9 to 5 mentality doesn't apply on you, good results are most important;
- You live nearby Maastricht (or close enough to travel each day);

- Good knowledge of English (corporate language).

Your challenge:

- Mapping the ecosystem: influencers, partners and prospects to target

- Establishing a strong online footprint across various online media channels

for our three main products

- Curating and creating relevant content (based on input from subject

experts)

- Growing the reach and impact of our social media, including social media

management and content creation

- Updating digital fundamentals (SEO etc)

- Tweaking current and building new funnels, email campaigns and jv’s

- Experimenting with new tactics and growth hacking

- Helping to host our events and create a fabulous experience for our

participants.

Since the events are held all over the world, expect to be on the road for a few

days twice a month.

The job itself will offer you a steep learning curve. You’ll get access to various

resources like Mixergy, Ryan Deiss’ Digital Marketing Lab, Growth Hacker TV –

anything that helps you achieve great results without breaking the bank. This company offers

you a playground to develop your skills and grow your impact.

The role can be done in 4 or 5 days a week- the final scope of the role will be adjusted based on your availability and expertise. We offer market-standard compensation plus performance-based bonuses on top of that.
