Bye Bra is a young, ambitious worldwide selling and fast growing company for bodywear solutions in the Netherlands. We offer a wide range of strapless and backless solutions, shapewear and underwear, designed to suit every dress and every occasion.

As a marketing/e-commerce manager you are responsible for online/offline marketing of our brand and the E-commerce part of our business. You are creative, pragmatic, analytical and have a great sense of responsibility.Do you get energy from developing creative campaigns or newsletter? Do you ensure that marketing activities from A to Z are taken care of down to the last detail with your critical view and open mind? Then we are looking for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

1. E-Commerce

• Fully in the lead of the byebra.com website & e-shop with regards to forecasting, planning, translation & maintenance in close collaboration with the buyer & GM.
• You are responsible for the entire product onboarding process in which you work with the various departments to ensure that new products come online as quickly as possible.
• Direct to Consumer sales; activation and analysis of byebra.com consumer base, securing growth of the consumer database & revenues
• E-Retail

• Develop tailor-made activation calendars & launch plans per e-retailer in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and deliver strong sales growth
• Monitor and continuously elevate the Bye Bra brand image at all authorized e-retailer websites, by frequently performing e-audits – to secure that visuals, copy & assets are up to date.
• Build a strong partnership with the authorized e-retailers by adding value and expertise
• Providing and securing online implementation of the images, assets and product information packages for all new launches
• Managing and securing the update of e-retail content and creative banners.
• Analyze e-sales figures.

1. (Social) Marketing

• Setting up and analyzing online marketing campaigns (facebook, instagram, e-mail, affiliate)
• Help to search, write and edit content for our social platforms
• Engage with our followers and users.
• Search for new trends for online & social marketing
• Helping with the expansion and coordination of (new) marketing channels
• Analyse communication & social media trends/ activities, and implement in strategy if suited

YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for an ambitious and pro-active team player who satisfies the following requirements:

• HBO work and thinking level
• You have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• You are organized, structured, involved, rigorous, persevering and enthusiastic
• You speak Dutch and English fluently
• You are familiar with email marketing and you have knowledge of E-commerce marketing and Google analytics
• You have an eye for layout and you have an affinity with Adobe CS package (Photoshop & Indesign)
• Experience in the PR industry is a plus
• You are proactive, communicative and not afraid to give your opinion
• You have a hands-on mentality, are enthusiastic and collegial
• Analytical and strong in writing
• Able to organize and prioritise work in a fast-changing environment
• Demonstrating creativity with an aesthetic sensitivity, in line with the brand DNA
